How much does it cost to install UV light in an HVAC system?

The cost to install a UV light in an HVAC system is confirmed after an on‑site assessment because price depends on the UV lamp type, placement in your ductwork, and any electrical or access work needed. Most of the cost variation comes from whether you choose a standard or high‑output lamp and how the lamp mounts near the coil for the best exposure. A technician will size the lamp to your air handler and airflow path; we often choose single vs. dual lamps based on coil layout and service clearance. We install and service these systems across the Denver metro, including Aurora, and a $50 off indoor air quality service coupon is available locally.

Typical factors that set the final price:

• Lamp type and output rating
• Single vs. dual-lamp configuration
• Power supply and control wiring needs
• Access, mounting location, and any sheet‑metal modifications
